Commission policy

> Initial draft that requires legal review in each country before launch.

• Commission is calculated with the country and deal-type rule in force at agreement time; a snapshot is stored with the parties' consent, so later setting changes never alter it.
• Sale: the basis is the agreed sale price.
• Rent: each rule states whether the basis is one year's rent or the total contract value.
• Assignment: each rule states whether the basis is the amount paid to the seller or the original contract value.
• Commission is due only after completion is documented, and is paid through a licensed payment provider or a documented transfer reviewed by finance.
• Cancellation, disputes, partial payments and refunds are supported.
